In any case, as they approached the Lod interchange and the entrance to Highway 1 and realized that the deceased had left the crowded urban area of Lod and headed for his place of work, the Mitsubishi and Toyota returned to Lod, next to each other.  The Toyota returns to the dirt path leading to the family compound, while the Mitsubishi continues to drive to Holon, on a different route than the one used by the deceased, via Route 44, passes twice past the entrance to the deceased's place of work, and then returns to Ramla, also to the dirt path leading to the family compound.  True, there is no direct evidence that the two vehicles or passengers in them were in the family compound until noon, and it is theoretically possible that they were in another place in the area, but taking into account all the evidence, this is a conclusion that has a very high level of certainty, and in any case it does not raise or detract from the validity of the final conclusions.  Already the data described above can establish with a considerable degree of certainty the connection between Mitsubishi and Toyota, and their joint activity, which is directed towards the deceased, and these ties will only be strengthened, established and proven beyond a reasonable doubt in the following chapters.  Before I turn to these chapters, and to the second phase, I will briefly address the admissibility of the viewing report P/45.

A/45 - Admissibility and weight:

As can be seen, a significant part of the information detailed above regarding the conduct of the Mitsubishi and Toyota in the morning hours is based on Exhibit A/45, which is a report on viewing the cameras of the Lod Municipality, which was prepared by the investigator Sa'id Ibrahim.  Unlike the other camera videos that have been mentioned, and which will be mentioned below, with regard to the viewing report P/45, the source material is missing, i.e., the videos themselves, which were not brought to our attention, and therefore we could not get a direct impression of the raw material, and we were required to rely on the secondary evidence, which is the viewing report only.  We heard about the sequence of events that led to this poor state of affairs in the testimony of interrogator Ibrahim, and we received reports on behalf of the parties involved.  I will describe the summary of the evidence presented on this issue, and then discuss the legal implications.
