If I summarize the information presented above in relation to the second and third phases, and the conclusions drawn from it with a clear level of certainty, then when the deceased managed to leave Lod safely in the morning, and after the Mitsubishi was sent to make sure that he was now at his place of work, out of the reach of those who wished to harm him, the passengers of the Mitsubishi and Toyota waited until noon, close to the time of the end of work in the garage on Fridays.  Towards 11:00 a.m., the Mitsubishi went out to the deceased's place of work once more, and for about an hour surrounded him again and again, until at 12:23 p.m., the deceased Hyundai left the garage, with the Mitsubishi following him.  Five minutes later, the Toyota also leaves from the direction of the family compound in Ramla to Route 44, and in the route described in the next chapter, based on the phone locations, it joins Mitsubishi, and the two of them drive in close proximity on the route that follows the Hyundai's drive.  Back in the city of Lod, the Mitsubishi and Toyota arrive about two minutes after the Hyundai arrives, and one after the other they drive to the scene of the murder in Ben Gurion Square.  Immediately after the murder, each of them arrives at a meeting point on a side dirt road between Khoury Street and the municipal sports complex, where the Toyota passengers set fire to their car, enter within seconds the Mitsubishi that came to pick them up, and flee the scene through the nearby streets.

All of these data attest to joint and long-term activity between Toyota and Mitsubishi passengers throughout the morning and afternoon hours, as well as meticulous advance planning, which included a defined division of duties, advance preparation of the necessary equipment such as stolen vehicles, duplicate license plates, weapons and ammunition, flammable material for igniting the vehicle, black clothing and a pre-agreed close meeting point where the Toyota will be ignited.  While the Mitsubishi will be used to evacuate the shooters from the area, as well as a good advance acquaintance with the deceased's daily routine, his place of work and the hours of arrival and return from it, as well as the ways to get to the meeting point and the ways to escape from it.  The strength of the connections between the occupants of the two cars, and their joint activity to harm the deceased, will be further eroded after the incorporation of the location evidence in the layers presented so far.  This will be dealt with in the next chapter, at the beginning of which will examine whether it has been proven that any of the Toyota passengers used the operational phone 141 during that day, while the Mitsubishi used the 685 phone, and in the second stage, to the extent that it is determined that this is the case, it will be clarified in what manner this strengthens the evidence in relation to the planned and joint activity to harm the deceased.
