A decision is made that the Mitsubishi will travel to check on what is happening in Holon, and at 8:05 a.m., the Mitsubishi reports that the deceased has arrived at the workplace and that a wait is required for lunchtime. At 12:23 p.m., the Mitsubishi informs Toyota of the deceased's departure from work, and in the following conversations at 12:26, 12:29-12:32, 12:34-12:46, 12:47, 12:48, 12:51, 12:54, the owner of a Mitsubishi 685 subscriber updates the Toyota occupants regarding the Hyundai's itinerary, until the joint partnership, and together they plan how to proceed from here. The last call leaves at 12:57 p.m., close to the time of the meeting at the scene of the Toyota arson, and with the meeting, the need for another telephone conversation ends.
As far as the content of those conversations is concerned, which were not recorded and no one testified about their content, this is only an informed assessment and not conclusive evidence, but the matter was brought in order to illustrate the full correspondence between the documented travel routes, the locations, the operational telephone subscribers, the places from which the calls were conducted, and the dates of those calls, so that the overall picture that emerges is clear and flawless, according to which the murder was carried out on August 26, 2022, by a group of conspirators who acted jointly. They were equipped in advance with the necessary equipment and information for its execution, and in the process they made use of Mitsubishi, which had a telephone 685 subscriber at all times, and Toyota, which was used as a 141 subscriber.
