As for the 401 subscriber, the last call he had before the murder was recorded the night before, i.e., on August 26, 2022 at 00:15, and it was an incoming call to the 401 subscriber from his father Shakir's phone.  From the end of this conversation until 1:43 p.m., about three-quarters of an hour after the murder, the 401 subscriber's media studies only record DATA information, indicating Internet surfing, and unanswered incoming calls.  At 00:17, there is no answer to two incoming calls from Shaker's subscriber, at 6:44 two calls from a number associated with Mohammed, the defendant's brother, also remain unanswered, at 11:37 there is no response to calls from another brother named Sabri, and at 1:40 p.m., there is no answer to incoming calls from the phone of another person who is not a family member.  During all those calls, a 401 subscriber is connected to the antenna that covers the family compound.

The use of the 401 subscription resumes, as stated, at 13:43, at which point a number of outgoing calls to Shaker's subscriber, which are not answered, are recorded, and later conversations are recorded that correspond to the defendant's route in the Mercedes car, as will be described below, until he arrives in Haifa.  At 2:46 p.m., an incoming conversation is recorded, during which he is prepared at the Shefayim commercial center.  A similar location is also indicated in relation to an outgoing call at 15:21 for a subscriber associated with his brother Sabri, and in the next call to the same subscriber, at 15:49, he is on a call at Yakum Park.  An incoming call at 15:52 is scheduled in the Wingate area of Netanya, while the last call for the same day, from 16:48, is on the antenna at 24 Hagana St., Haifa [for all the communication data cited above in relation to subscriber 401, see the reports P/83, P/85 and the raw material from P/73].

As for the 337 subscriber, the media studies attest to very limited activity, and the absence of any proactive activity in the morning and afternoon hours relevant to our case.  In fact, beyond the data on the Internet browsing, only three activities are documented in the data on the day of the murder: an incoming call that went unanswered at 14:49, a text message that entered at 15:46, when in both cases the phone was stationed in the area of Ronit Farm, and at 17:49 an outgoing dialing attempt, without location, to a number associated with a family member was recorded.  This is the entire activity in this subscription as of August 26, 2022 [P/83, P/90, P/73].
