Towards the end of the interrogation, the defendant was asked why he did not tell the police about the trip to Hummus, and he replied that he did not want to tell. He was asked why, in response to the indictment, he referred only to picking up food at takeaway, and did not say that they were sitting in the restaurant and eating, and the defendant claimed that he did not remember the aforementioned figure, and only remembered it when his lawyers began to review the videos with him. He said that at the time of the murder, he was at home with Udai, his father, his nephews, his uncles, and his brother Muhammad, but he did not give the name of any of them to the police for an alibi examination. Udai's visit on Thursdays and Fridays was planned in advance. Udai called 401 on Thursday, can't remember what time, and arrived at the family compound around 4:00-5:00 P.M. Finally, the defendant was presented with the claim that the Khalil restaurant was closed until 8:00 A.M. at the Iron Gate, and the defendant denied this claim and stated that he and Odai arrived at 7 a.m., and there were a lot of people. At the beginning of this interrogation, the defendant was asked to clarify the timetables regarding the meetings with Udai and Samer on 25 August 2022. He confirmed that Udai had come to him at 4-5 p.m., after calling 401 earlier. Later, around 8-9 p.m., Summer arrived, and it is clear that he had called first to inform him that he had come. As a result, the defendant was confronted with the fact that the DCO did not have a record of a call from the phone numbers that Odai used to his phones. The defendant had no explanation, and he replied that he did not know from which number Udai called. In addition, the defendant was confronted with the findings of the 401 subscriber's locations, which indicate that on August 25, 2022, in the afternoon and evening, he was not at all at home in Ramle, but in other parts of the country, and the defendant had no explanation for this. It was also claimed that Udai, according to the locations, was in Haifa all that evening, but the defendant insisted that Udai was with him and that he had met his father and Samer [ibid., pp. 632-634].
