            The Defendant:          Yes ....  In his body...  With a veiled man, I thought it was him.

            From'2:            A fifty-year-old person, you get confused with a twenty-year-old ostrich guy, you understand why I'm asking you, it doesn't work out for me.

  1. From this stage onwards, It can be seen that the conduct of the parties inside the cell has changed. The informants calmed down, The defendant began to express himself more freely, At the same time, you can notice changes in his tone of speech when he spoke in a whisper whenever he referred to a sensitive and important point .  The defendant even began to share other things on his own initiative (In this context, see - e.g.' 27 30 - A/23a).
  2. 194. In relation toMotivate for the murder - According to the defendant, He suspected, Because the victim who was riding an electric bicycle is another person with whom the defendant is in conflict and as he says: "I thought he was coming at me" (pp' 39 Latt/23A, Row 35).

The time of the incident – When asked about the time of the incident, the defendant stated that it was about two o'clock in the morning (ibid., p. 18, line 36).  Later, he repeated this again, noting that the incident took place at 2 a.m.  (ibid., p. 36, lines 3-6).

His actions after the incident - During the dubbing, the defendant claimed that after the incident,  he went home, took a shower, threw everything he needed, and he washed the knife well and put it back in the drawer.  He also noted that it was an Arcus knife (ibid., p. 19, lines 10-20).  Later (on p. 36, lines 22-23) he repeated this description by noting: "I went, took a shower, threw my clothes in the laundry, there was no blood."  Again (ibid., line 27)  he reiterated that there was no blood.  As for the knife, according to him, he washed it and put it in place (ibid., p. 36, line 30).
