Also on this occasion, the defendant signed a sale agreement, which Rachel also signed, according to which the ownership of 600 square meters of the land would be transferred to Abu Rukun Zeid, the cousin of the defendant's father (hereinafter: "Zeid") and the ownership of 400 square meters of the land would be transferred to Abu Rukun Arwa, the defendant's wife (hereinafter: "Arwa"), for ILS 70,000 (hereinafter: the "Sale Agreement").

On a date unknown to the accuser, close to August 6, 2012, the defendant forged another document entitled "Sale Agreement", in which it was written that the ownership of 6,200 square meters of the land would be transferred to Nasrin, the ownership of 2,400 square meters of the land would be transferred to Badia, and the ownership of 400 square meters of the land would be transferred to Louis, for a fee of ILS 630,000, by signing the document with signatures pretending to be the signatures of Nasrin, Louis and Badia.  without their knowledge and consent and without lawful authority (hereinafter: "Fake Sale Agreement B"), with the intention of stealing money from the purchasers.

On August 6, 2012, the defendant submitted to the Land Registry Office in Haifa the forged sale agreement B and a request to register a warning note in the land in favor of Nasrin, Louis and Badia, and based on these, a warning note was immediately registered in the Land Registry.

On November 8, 2012, the defendant submitted to the Land Registry Office an application for registration in the land and a bill of sale stating that Rachel had transferred the right of ownership in 600 square meters of the land to Zeid and the right of ownership in 400 square meters of the land to Aro.  On November 14, 2012, as a result of the fraud, the aforementioned portions of the land were registered in the Land Registry in the name of his wife and father's cousin.

Later, the defendant forged a bill of sale and submitted it to the Land Registry Office with the intention of allowing the registration of ownership of part of the land on Nasrin, Louis and Badie, instead of registering the ownership of all the land in their names.  The defendant did this in order to enable the registration of the remaining part of the land in the name of Arwa and Zeid, as stated above.
