To his affidavit, Beckman attached medical documents, receipts of payments to the lawyer, photocopies of flight tickets, confirmation of filing a complaint with the police, and a decision on a request for a temporary foreclosure.  He also filed the judgment given in an opening motion of December 3, 2017 against Fares Munir, Lausanne Munir (the victims of the offense), the defendant and the Land Registry Office in Haifa (filed and marked F/1).  The parties reached a settlement whereby Ze'ev's claim would be accepted in full, and the court ruled that any document or transaction supposedly signed between the parties regarding real estate would be null and void and ownership of the land would be returned to Ze'ev and registered in his name.  The defendants were also obligated, jointly and severally, to pay the plaintiff legal expenses in the amount of ILS 58,000.  His motion was also filed to give effect to a judgment on the settlement agreement and a ruling, which were marked F/2.

Ze'ev testified before me through visual documentation, with the consent of the parties, on December 14, 2025, and further told about his health condition, about the many expenses he incurred as a result of the defendant's actions.  He said he was an engineering professor by profession, a heart disease patient and an elderly man, and it took him time to regain ownership of the land.

  1. Fatima Qassem - the victim of the offense that is the subject of the second charge in the main case. An affidavit was filed in her case, marked H/1.  The affidavit indicates that Fatima is 62 years old, a sole breadwinner who works in a household, physical and hard work.  Her husband is disabled due to a mental background, is 100% supported by the National Insurance Institute and has even undergone heart surgery.  Fatma has an only son, whom she gave birth to after many difficulties and fertility treatments, and he is currently facing marriage.  According to her, she really wanted to take care of her son and was looking to buy land for him and build a house on it.  This is a hard-working woman who is struggling for her livelihood.

According to her, in 2012, the defendant and Majda deceived her and sold her land that did not exist and that they had no authority from the owners to sell.  She paid them about a quarter of a million shekels, a significant sum for her.  She claimed that she trusted the defendant because he was a lawyer and did not know that they were fraudsters.  To raise the money, she took out a loan and other jobs.  Since the incident, her health and mental condition has deteriorated greatly, when she was unable to help her son as she wanted.  Her husband's health also deteriorated, and the entire family unit was damaged as a result of the incident that is the subject of the indictment.  The legal proceedings also led to high financial expenses.  Therefore, she asked for adequate financial compensation that would enable her financial situation to be restored.
