Various witnesses testified that the defendant lives with Sigal at 18 HaGevburah Street in Nesher.

Moshe is forbidden to rent a building from the defendant for the purposes of his business "Toto Lottery", knew the defendant and his wife Sigal well ("The Golden Family"), and when questioned he explicitly said that the defendant and Sigal were not divorced (December 27, 2023, p.  3620, paras.  24 ff.).  He also said that after he gave the defendant a letter from someone, the defendant instructed him not to receive any more letters for him ("There is a home, whoever wants has a home").  The lease between him and the defendant was signed in 2018 at the defendant's home in Givat Nesher (a large ground floor house with a gate and garden), and it seems that it was not for nothing that the defendant himself denied the said contract and claimed that he had not signed a lease with Moshe Asor.

Rafi Abdiyev knew that the defendant's house was located at the end of the hill, Givat Nesher.  According to him, it was a large house with a pool, and he even visited this house (11 May 2023, p.  2459).  He also did not know that the defendant was divorced (p.  2566) even though he had known the defendant for years, and his cousin was even married to the defendant's daughter.  He believed that the defendant "lived" in this house, and that there he would call on a landline phone in an attempt to talk to the defendant (although it may have been the phone number of the defendant's daughter's house).  The defendant used to contact him, inter alia, through his children's telephones (p.  2461).

Shimon Dadon (Aviel's father), who has known the defendant since childhood, was unaware of the defendant's divorce, and he was also convinced that the defendant lived in the same house with his wife and children (p.  3428).  In the past, the defendant had done aluminum work for him, and told him that he did not have a phone and that if he needed it he should call Sigal (p.  3427).  Shimon Dadon, who lives near Hatishbi Street, was not aware that the defendant had rented a housing unit there.
