Omer Greenfeld (9 May 2022, p.  103, s.  10 to p.  109, s.  9), who lives on Gevvora Street, testified that he saw the defendant come to the house in a white Toyota car many times, Sigal Avioz, whom Omer Greenfeld did not even know and was not aware of the alleged divorce.

Michael Poliak (15 June 2023, p.  2712, s.  12 to p.  2717, s.  20), who lives at 10 Gevvora Street, testified that he identified the defendant as one of his neighbors, who lived in the large house at the end of the street, and knew that his name was Dudi.

During the ten years, leading up to December 14, 2023, the defendant occasionally came to the store of Yitzhak Turgeman , whom he had known for many years (December 14, 2023, p.  3469 onwards, and also p.  3477, s.  29).

Shlomo Yeager testified (11 February 2024, pp.  3733 ff.) that he pasted documents (deliveries) on the gate of the house in 2019 and 2020 (and photographed the gluing that was done in 2019, see: P/153, P/153A, pp.  3737, 3738).

When the defendant was told that many witnesses from Gevvora Street testified that he lived on Gevurah Street, he summed up this issue and said (May 5, 2024, p.  4182, Q.  26 ff.), "Everyone knows that I live in Givat Nesher because everyone knows that I really lived in Givat Nesher, it's a special house, not an ordinary house, everyone who sees a voter is Abu Aziz's house, but no one says this is the house I lived in.  I lived in it, I raised children there, I was in this house for years and it sticked, even today you ask whose house it is, they will say Abu Aziz's house, it's a special and big house that doesn't have it in all of Haifa, that's why it turns a blind eye to people."

The defendant claimed that he had rented a housing unit at 28 Hatishbi Street, but it was clarified that the unit was unfit for habitation (P/77A).  The landlord Menashe Dahan (9 May 2022) was not convinced of the existence of a lease contract and the amount of the rent, nor was he sure that he had collected them.  The landlord's son, Tal, who lives nearby, never saw the defendant in the alleged housing unit that he described as a warehouse.  Tzipora Mashiach, the sister of Menashe the landlord, knew that the defendant lived with his family in Giv'a.  According to her, the housing unit photographed (by the police) is the only housing unit suitable for human habitation.  A video taken by the investigative unit indicates that the housing unit is under renovation and is not suitable for living.  To this, the defendant replied, unconvincingly, (15 May 2024, p.  4196 onwards) that the renovation began after his arrest, but more than that, he chose to contradict the statements of Menashe Dahan, his son Tal, and his sister Tzipora Mashiach, by claiming that there are additional residential units that are rented to people, inter alia, to a "flower seller" (p.  4198, s.  6).
