The defendant and Sigal Avioz claimed that they divorced in 2004, but that after the divorce, on April 24, 2005, and on March 1, 2011 (see: P/18), they had two children together.  With regard to the youngest of them, the last child, the defendant and Sigal testified that he was hers alone, but the defendant agreed to recognize him as his son.  In practice, no positive evidence has been presented that the young child born a few years after the alleged divorce is not their (biological) child together.  This is a version whose sole purpose is to distance the defendant from the house that was his home, from the family that was his family, and from his spouse who was and remains his wife, and to whom he sought to be notified of his arrest (P/17, p.  3, section 9).  We will also note that according to P/83, half of the rights in the land (Block 11231, Plot 281) were transferred to Sigal only on September 16, 2013, about nine years after the alleged date of the divorce.

The rest of the claims were heard and proved to be completely false.  It is not for nothing that the IEC personnel, during their examination, met the defendant (David Avi Oz) and defined him as "the landlord", and it is not surprising that the electricity contract is registered in the defendant's name (P/103, testimony of Eyal Buji, p.  389, paras.  19 ff., 17 May 2022, see also: P/397).  It should be noted that the summons that was attempted to be executed at 28 HaTishbi Street was not executed, since the defendant was not located at the scene (testimony of Michal Peles, p.  718, para.  17, which referred to the report of Ranga Gabi Biton, and see a memorandum prepared by Shai Peleg, P/28, with his accompanying documents, according to which in some of the cases in which an attempt was made to carry out the order, it was carried out at 18 HaGevvorah Street).  According to P/87 (which mentions the NII data) from 14 April 2008 to 28 May 2019, the defendant's address was at 18 HaGevura Street, and from 28 May 2019 at 28 Hatishbi Street.
