In this regard, see, for example, what was stated in the Criminal Appeal Authority 7706/21 Ammash v.  State of Israel (November 28, 2021).

It must therefore be determined that the shoes were found lawfully, and that the forensic findings found by Dr.  Bublil are correct, that muscles exist, and that they have real weight.  It should also be determined that the shoes and coats were located in the route in which the Chevrolet was traveling and were taken out of it by one of its passengers.

Later, the Chevrolet drove to the Tiberias area and removed foot mats and license plates that had been stolen the day before, and from there drove towards Meron.  It should be noted that many claims were made regarding the manner in which the location of the stop was obtained, the coordination of versions and the changes of the version.  Although there is a substance in them, they do not negate the fact that mats and identification plates were found stolen the night before the murder from a vehicle parked in Kiryat Motzkin.

According to Reuven Primovitz's version, the owner of the car from which the identification plates were stolen, on March 23, 2021, at approximately 9:00 P.M., parked his car in a public parking lot near his home, on Begin Street in Kiryat Motzkin, and the next morning (at approximately 08:00) he noticed that the license plates were missing (P/460A+B).  We note that the defendant was not charged with stealing the license plates or receiving property obtained through a misdemeanor or crime.  Moreover, it was not claimed that the license plates in the Chevrolet vehicle were replaced, even if this was the reason for the presence of the stolen license plates in the Chevrolet vehicle.

The defendant's return in the Chevrolet car to the Krayot area

The defendant's conduct vis-à-vis Rafi Abdayev constitutes additional circumstantial evidence, as is his overall conduct since he returned to the Krayot area.

Rafi Abdayev, whose business the defendant arrived a few hours after the murder, was asked to drive the defendant to Goshen Street in Kiryat Motzkin, and later to Stadium Street in Kiryat Haim, even though the defendant himself could drive to his desired areas in the Chevrolet car, which he made sure to abandon at this stage.  The defendant took a bag out of the Chevrolet and placed it in Rafi Abdeev's car before they set out on the journey.
