As for the alleged negotiations, Moshe Einhorn told him, "Look at the possibility of how much you can reduce your debts in the worst case scenario if there is a situation where you have to add up to 100,000 thousand, I am willing to add." Thus, he claimed, he reached an agreement with the heirs, but "it's all oral." The defendant claimed that Moshe Einhorn did not recognize the current court, whereas in a court of justice he could not lie. He could not say the wrong things "because he was a rabbi," he thought, although during Moshe's testimony he realized that he was not a rabbi. The defendant claimed that he had agreed to reach a settlement and pay a little more. According to his version, at this stage, he has not yet formulated a position regarding the credibility of Moshe Einhorn. He denied the heirs' version that he was the one who initiated the proceedings in the court of justice, even though in fact he was the one who turned to the court, "Of course, I contacted him, he told me where it was and then I turned to him, not him."
With regard to arranging the registration, he turned to one attorney, then to another, "Arnon Savyon, he handled the case with the manager in the case, Arnon Savyon from 2019 is handling the case and with all the authorities and with Rami, and I understood from him that it was moving towards the end." In 2019, Adv. Arnon Savyon was sent a document stating that half of the 50th and 49th wards "I have no debts because in half of the 50th there is another person named Nissim Abuhasira, besides Abu Aziz, Abu Aziz is not obligated to pay taxes." In addition to Nissim Abu Hazira, the defendant is also familiar with David Sheetrit, Raphael Dahan, and Hananya Piso. According to his version, he entered into an agreement with "all the heirs", "I bought something else from each of them, for example from David Bitan Sheetrit I bought a move with which I have a contract agreement, in return 7,000 ILS I bought a small area from David Sheetrit, I bought a piece of land from Raphael Dahan, I built a gallery for him in exchange for the space with Raphael Dahan with Nissim Abuhasira even though I bought it and it went through the court, he passed it from the same space where Toto Lotto is located, I bought it a second time from Nissim Abuhasira for 7,000 shekels [...] Here in court, he said that he sold to me and after that he changed the car in court, Hananya Piso got into trouble in court and had a bankruptcy, [...] he came to me and asked me to help him with the loan, [...] I helped Hananya Piso with his lawyer and gave him a loan of 630,000 shekels and we made an agreement with his lawyer and I transferred all the money to him. I have agreements with everyone, Hananya has to give me a restaurant of about 80 square meters, the restaurant has a gallery and it has to be transferred to Sigal [his ex-wife] by the end of this year." The defendant clarified that in light of that loan agreement, attorney Arnon Savyon filed a lawsuit against Hananya Piso, since Hananya Piso was behind on payments.
