In this interrogation, the defendant was also informed of the movements of the Chevrolet passing car after the murder, but he remained silent. He was also told that keys were found in his possession, but he did not comment, nor did he say that one of them belonged to Emil Rafalov's apartment. He was accused of sleeping, going to the murder, at the family home at 18 Heroic Street, but he continued to remain silent. In addition, the essence of suppressed testimony was clarified to him: "The judge will ask you why you didn't say it."
At the end of the interrogation, the interrogator told the defendant that he was given another opportunity to give a statement of innocence, but the defendant continued to adhere to his thunderous silence.
In the fourth interrogation conducted on April 13, 2021 (Exhibit 4, Exhibit 4B), the defendant was shown the videos taken by Attorney Moran Vaknin during her visits to the compound with the deceased's company, while accusing the defendant that the deceased represented himself as a strong person who did not give up and did not fear him, while the defendant appeared to be active and sometimes took an inflammatory approach. The defendant chose to remain emphatically silent and not to relate to any of the pictures that were presented to him. He was accused that contrary to his previous statements that there was no real dispute and that his rights in the compound were legally guaranteed and "authorized", it appears that there is actually a significant dispute, but he chose not to comment as usual. He was told that he did not like to lose, that unlike the others who "folded" he was about to "lose" to the deceased, and therefore, "in preparation for the whistle" he chose his murderer, the defendant remained silent and did not respond. The same is true of the many videos in which the Chevrolet was seen before and after the murder, as well as with regard to the question of whether he rented an apartment on Hatishbi Street from the Dahan family, while the evidence indicates that he lived with his ex-wife at 18 Gevvora Street in Nesher.
