...  All the imaginary "fights" in which they claimed I was involved - none of those involved who were not created made to court did not come to court, and not by chance.

...  And the most encouraging detail was that the judge asked: Why doesn't the association allow anyone who wants to join the association? Their answer: We protect the interests of the association / we don't want provocations.

...  When we said that we thought the reasons for this were different, the judge replied - I just look stupid, I'm not really like that.

...  And now you yourself will just ask questions and come and apply to register with the association in order to make an impact."

On August 1, 2023, a little more than two weeks after the publication of the aforementioned post, and according to the plaintiff, only about 12 hours before the start of a competition in which his trainee under his guidance was supposed to compete with a trainee of the defendant's CEO, the plaintiff received, in the evening, a notice from the defendant, entitled "Exclusion from competitions", according to which: "At an extraordinary general meeting meeting, it was decided that in light of the publications that you distributed, not only, Suspend (sic, originally) your presence on the coaches' grounds at competitions until further notice.  Any reasonable person will be able to understand that your (sic, original) folding before the court and withdrawing the lawsuit was only outward, but your intentions remained the same.  At the same time, the General Assembly ordered that a defamation suit be filed against you, and not only."

The plaintiff is of the opinion that the defendant's decision was made unlawfully in contravention of the rules of proper administration and the duties incurred on it as a dual, monopolistic entity in its field.  The plaintiff further stated that the decision was made out of extraneous considerations, in order to thwart him and his trainees under his guidance, and that he deliberately notified him a few hours before the start of the said competition, in order to prevent him from approaching the court in a petition for appropriate relief.
