The plaintiff filed a lawsuit with the Central District Court to cancel the decision, in which he also filed a request for a temporary injunction (Civil Case (Central District) 48861-06-23) [Nevo]. On July 13, 2023, a hearing was held on the application for a temporary injunction in the presence of the parties, during which the parties reached an agreement that without any of the parties admitting to the arguments of the opposing parties, "... The Applicant will apologize to the Respondent with an apology that will be recorded in the court minutes, with a commitment to make an effort and behave appropriately in the future, and accordingly the Respondent's decision will be cancelled immediately and the Applicant will be entitled to register for the upcoming competition... And for any other competition that will be organized later". The plaintiff did apologize as agreed, and later the parties' agreement was given the force of a judgment.
On the same day, the defendant published the minutes and the judgment, and three days later, on July 16, 2023, the plaintiff published "פוסט"On the "Facebook" network, in which he referred to the publication of the minutes of the said hearing, by the defendant, he interpreted the course of the matter from his point of view, attached the correspondence between the parties' counsel, claimed that the defendant lied to the court when she claimed that he had physically attacked someone, and retracted the aforementioned lie at the beginning of the hearing, noted that even before he approached the court, he had offered to apologize to the defendant and thus end the matter, etc. Among other things, the plaintiff claimed in the post as follows:
"... So the bottom line is that the association got a verdict against him here, and luckily it fell on a very gentle referee, and it ended only with the cancellation of the delusional sentence against me.
... And what about the other things that happened that day? Moshiko Ben Shimol who was attacked in a previous competition by a coach and there was an exchange of curses" literally, by a coach. The association's response was silence. The same coach threatens to physically harm a referee (a child) after his son loses. The association's response? Crickets.
