The connection between that representative and the plaintiff's continued activity can be learned from the testimony of Avisror, who testified that as a rule, the initial representative with whom the client is in contact is a representative from a department called 'conversion', which is the department that handles the customers' initial deposits.  I will note that at the same time, Avisror testified that he did not know whether it was a department that was within the company or if it was an external company through which the customers entered the company (see his testimony on page 75, lines 1-14).  At the same time, there is no dispute that according to Avisror's testimony, after the initial investment made by that employee, the client is transferred to the "retention" department, which is the customer retention department, the customer service in which he worked (his testimony on page 74, lines 12-15).  In other words, Avisror testifies to the direct connection between the beginning of the plaintiff's (or any client's) engagement with the representative through whom the client deposits the initial deposit, and the continuation of the handling of the department in which he worked at Global.

Subsequently, according to the plaintiff's testimony - which was not contradicted - a representative named Steven Collins was in contact with the plaintiff - who is indisputably an employee of Global.  Support for my latter assertion can be found in the testimony of Avisror - who is indisputably a global employee - according to which he himself was in contact with the plaintiff and that he did so using the name of Stephen Collins.  The same Collins sent the plaintiff - among other things, e-mail messages from: stevenco@option.fm - i.e., an address with the same suffix indicating the connection to OFM that also exists in the e-mail message sent by Pearl.  All of these facts are not in dispute and support for them can be found in the affidavit of answers to the questionnaire, which was signed by Avisror on August 15, 2022 and submitted as part of Appendix 15 to the plaintiff's affidavit - in which - in response to the questions - whether he ever sent a message from the email address, whether he identified himself as Steven Collins and finally whether he ever corresponded with the plaintiff - Avisror answered in the affirmative.  In addition, in response to the question of which company he was employed by, Avisror replied that an inquiry conducted after the filing of the statement of defense indicates that the company by which he was employed is E.  TB or Tax Appeal Services (which is Global by its former name).
