His testimony in court was heard at the hearing on February 1, 2022. In his main interrogation, the witness stated that he arrived at the scene together with Policeman Nuriel Aharon (A.T.5 above), and that the initial sight to which he was exposed was that of the defendant - who did not know whether he was a suspect or a victim, sitting on the sidewalk and bleeding from his hands. At first glance, it seemed to the witness that he was a victim (in his cross-examination, he clarified that at this stage, he was not even aware of the existence of another injured or victim). He described the conversation between him and the defendant, in an ambulance, in accordance with the above video (P/28) - the defendant's response to the witness's question about who did this to him, in the name of Ben Dadoun (the deceased), and with the explanation that it was an old family dispute. Neighbors who were at the scene pointed to the grandmother's house, and then he noticed police forces on the spot. When he went there, Policeman Uri Itzhaki (A.T.6 above) handed him a knife wrapped in paper, and he placed it in the patrol car and handed it over, inside a pencil case, to the mobile laboratory personnel who arrived at the scene.
- Netivot Station Policeman, Superintendent Ofir Ben Simon, A.T. 19 - An action report was submitted (P/57); and a supplementary memorandum (P/57A. Reference was made to it in the chapter dealing with the evidence before the incident, paragraph 23 above).
According to what was stated in the action report, P/57, when he arrived at the scene, he saw the defendant in the ambulance, conscious, bandaged in his hands and his clothes full of blood. He asked the police officers at the scene to activate a body camera, and then received a call about another wounded man. When he arrived at the yard of the house, he saw police officers next to the deceased, and MDA was treating him. The deceased was stabbed, covered in blood and black. He went to check the house, which was full of blood, and locked the door with a key, so that they would not contaminate the scene. Before leaving the scene, Policeman Netanel Weizmann (A.T.8 above) handed him a bag of exhibits, which contained, among other things, the knife that had been seized on the stabbed. He handed it over to the investigator of the Crime Unit, Danny Bokobza. It should be noted that this transfer was documented in a memorandum dated March 23, 2021 (P/94), prepared by Sgt. Danny Bokobza, according to which he received a knife, which was packed in a black pencil case and in a bag, from Ophir Ben Simon (the witness Danan), and transferred it to a larger bag.
- Deputy Commander of the Netivot Station, Superintendent Menachem (Mani) Ohayon, A.T. 17 - An action report prepared by the witness (P/55) was submitted.
This is another policeman who was called to the scene. The action report he prepared (and was submitted in lieu of his main testimony) shows that Netanel Weizmann (A.A.8 above) was the first policeman who met the deceased, and that the policemen were called by Policeman Yechiel, the licensing coordinator, to come to the grandmother's house, and when they did so - they discovered him wallowing in his blood, without a shirt and wearing only pants, and whispering that he was about to die (paragraph 4 of the report). To the witness's question as to who hurt him, he did not reply, and was immediately contacted for further medical treatment (ibid.).
