His testimony in court was heard at the hearing on February 1, 2022. At the beginning of his main interrogation, the witness stated that he had arrived at the scene together with Policeman Uri Yitzhaki (A.T. 6 above). He confirmed that at the real time, he thought that the guy lying down was Daniel Sarhersher, and that it was believed that someone had attacked the two, and not that it was an attack on each other. On his way to the scene, he spoke to the informant (neighbor Y.A.) - who sounded very nervous to the witness, said that there was someone covered in blood as a result of the stabbings and asked them to arrive quickly. The witness tried to talk to the injured (the deceased), but the latter replied that he was not breathing, and as far as the defendant was concerned, he accompanied him to the hospital, where he took his clothes and handed them over to a forensic officer. In his cross-examination, the witness confirmed that he had informed the defendant of his arrest, at the hospital, on suspicion of committing the offense of assault. He reiterated that his initial assessment was that someone else had stabbed the two, and that he understood that the person lying wounded was Daniel (Sarahsher). According to him, in the questioning he conducted for the defendant, according to the instructions of his superiors (Uri or Ofir), and even after he saw the other injured person at the scene, he assumed that he was the victim who was attacked (pp. 225, 12-13).

In the first video, the witness is seen questioning the defendant in an ambulance. According to him, Ben Dadon, who is a member of his family, "ran to me and stabbed me." To the witness's question about whether they had a previous dispute, the defendant replied "with his father a long time ago," and confirmed that they had not spoken since. In the second video, the witness is seen scanning the first scene, inside the house, and filming it on the police tablet. MDA teams treat the deceased (who was injured at the time) and seize two mobile phones, while in the third video, the deceased's mother and sister can be seen at the scene, after he was evacuated from her.
