His testimony in court was heard at the hearing on 28 November 2021. He reiterated the main points he had given to the police, and added that the call he had received was about "stabbing a seriously wounded person". The witness estimated that he arrived at the scene about a minute later, and saw the "first wounded" (the defendant) "running with blood on his fingers" (p. 96, para. 10). He called out to him to stop, and treated him on the sidewalk. According to him, the wounded man ran towards the opposite line of houses, 2-3 houses away from the scene where the "second wounded" (the deceased) was later found. When he asked what had happened to him, the first wounded man who fell replied and repeated the matter to a policeman who arrived at the scene, telling him, "Everything is fine." He also estimated in his testimony that the bandage of the defendant's hands took about 6 minutes, at the end of which he confirmed through the app that he had arrived at the place of the call. During the hearing of his testimony, the witness was shown a video of the reenactment, and the aforementioned explained the course of events. Towards the end of his main testimony, he clarified that the defendant said that he was fine and had fallen, was conscious and spoke normally, and wished to emphasize that "he did not look confused or anything" (p. 95, paras. 13-14). The second injured (the deceased), on the other hand, lost consciousness when he was put into the ambulance, which, according to the witness, according to "the movements of the abdomen" (ibid., paras. 21).
- The manager of the Netivot Hatzalah Union, paramedic Moshe Cohen, A.T.26 - his statement was submitted to the police, dated 24.03.21 (P/29).
According to him, he arrived at the scene following a call at the call center about the stabbings of a seriously injured person. The first volunteer to arrive at the scene was Netanel Attias (A.T.2 above), while he himself joined him a few minutes later. When he arrived at the scene, he saw the defendant in the ambulance and received an update on his condition. When he wanted to leave, he heard police shouts about another wounded man. He drove the motorcycle, and Netanel on foot, towards the grandmother's house. There, at the second scene, he saw the callers - Netanel Attias, Yehuda Weizmann and Peniel Buskila - administering first aid to the wounded (deceased), who was stabbed and in a vague state of consciousness. MDA paramedic Ofir Peretz (whose version will be presented regarding the treatment of the deceased), continued to treat him, and after a tour of the house, to make sure that there were no other wounded people in the area, the injured man (the deceased) was put in an intensive care unit. The defendant was transferred to a United Hatzalah ambulance, and the person who treated him was Peniel Buskila and the driver, Yosef Zaguri, who led him to continue treatment at Soroka Hospital. He also said that he did not see the defendant's injuries, but understood that he was lightly injured in the hands and not in a life-threatening place, while in relation to "a severely wounded person who died" (the deceased), he replied that he saw "a long cut in the area of the throat on the right side, a stab wound on the left chest and another stab wound on the right side of the hip, all dirty and bloody" (Q. 27-28).
