In the second report relating to the deceased, P/59, the investigator documented his arrival at the hospital's trauma room, after the deceased's death, on the day of the incident at 11:30 A.M.  The deceased was described as covered with DNA test stains all over his body, from his feet to his head, wounded in various parts of his body and without teeth.  The witness marked and documented the findings of the injury and the interrogation marks on the deceased's body, and took samples of material on his fingernails, feet and abdomen.  Exhibits were collected, including pants, which were given to investigator Elad Avraham according to the drawing.

In the third report, P/60, the investigator documented the receipt of two mobile phones seized at the scene, and marked them as exhibits, on 25 March 2021 at 12:25 p.m.  According to the record, the exhibits were received from Staff Sgt.  Gad Hadad of the Negev Division, and returned to him, after an examination by T.A., and were packed in two separate bags.

He testified in court, at the hearing of December 13, 2022.  In his cross-examination, the witness clarified that he was not present at the scene of the offense, but only at the hospital.  According to him, the examination of his mobile phones (two days after the incident) was not related to the contents of them, or to the conversations made from them, but only to their examination as an object - the development of a T.A.  and a DNA sample, for the possibility that a profile development would be required.  As for the defendant, the witness noted that the samples were taken from him even though he did not respond and did not confirm it positively, in accordance with the instructions, according to which the sample should be taken as soon as possible and close to the time of the incident (p.  543, para.  31).  In addition, he said, he improved the packaging of the defendant's clothes, which had previously been collected using gloves and put in a bag.

P/85 and P/85A of Elad Avraham's memo as well as from the DCO of two phones seized at the scene by Yoav Barkan, which belonged to the deceased.  Details of conversation studies (calls and SMS messages) that were carried out close to the time of the incident.  P/1 - Elad Avraham's memorandum of checking data from the deceased's mobile phone "Samsung".  Nothing was found that could assist the investigation.
