P/90 - A collection of memoranda by Elad Avraham regarding the examination of data from Y.A.'s mobile phone. Nothing was found to assist in the investigation, except for the calls to the police and MDA hotline, from 09:18 to 09:25.
Data from a small prosecution from the defendant's mobile phone showed that he did not make calls from the phone on March 22, 2021 at 15:13 at all - in accordance with the Elad Avraham memorandum (internal marking 20) dated March 31, 2021.
P/91 - Elad Avraham's memorandum dated 30.03.21, regarding a telephone conversation between Elad Avraham and Sami, which was mentioned in Y.A.'s statement. He told him that he arrived at the scene when he saw "police", entered the scene and saw the deceased injured, recognized him, and had difficulty with the sights. He told me about them. And to other neighbors. He refused to give testimony and to be involved.
Cameras:
- Evidence collected by investigators from the technological arena, who are in charge of searching and seizing cameras, was submitted. At the beginning of the investigation, the collection was done by a ZIT investigator from the Netivot station, and later by a ZIT investigator from the HUD.
A Technological Scene Investigator (ZIT) at the Netivot station, Sgt. Irena Zazmer (did not testify at the trial) - a report of a visit to the scene was submitted (P/56). This is a documentation of the downloading of security camera videos from the house next to the grandmother's house (above the neighbor Y.A.'s business). The report clarified that the date indicated on the camera corresponds to the date of the shooting, but that the time of the camera indicated in the video must be subtracted by 18 minutes in order to match the actual time (the findings of viewing this camera were presented in a chapter dealing with the known evidence of the time prior to the incident).
- Technological Arena Investigator (ZIT) at the Negev District Attorney's Office, Sgt. Yigal Singer, A.T.22 - Scene visit reports were submitted, from 30.03.21, 10.04.21 and 5.04.21 (P/62); memoranda prepared by the witness from 4.04.21 and 6.06.22 (P/63); Memorandum regarding T/22 - a reconstruction photograph taken with the witness Y.A. (P/64); a memorandum dated 30.03.21, relating to attempts to locate cameras in a certain route (P/65); and another memorandum dated 24 March 2021, documenting the receipt of 8 swabs from Ziv Grimberg from the mobile laboratory (P/66).
In the report of the visit to the scene, P/62, the witness detailed the actions and searches he carried out in the area of the crime scene, in order to locate potential security cameras, and in the accompanying memoranda, P/63, specific attempts were made to locate cameras in various businesses. Videos that were located were transferred to the investigator Elad Avraham, according to the same record. Another memorandum prepared by the witness, also dealing with an attempt to locate cameras, P/65 - relates to the pedestrian route from the defendant's home to the grandmother's house (attached is a map of an optional route conducted by the head of the ZIT team in the District Police, Sgt. Amir Cohen), and also near the home of the witness Daniel Sarahsher.
