Her testimony in court was heard at the hearing on December 12, 2022. She clarified that, except as a child, there was no contact between the defendant and her deceased son, and all the more so - after the defendant stabbed her ex-husband (the deceased's father), on the second day of the "shiva" on the late Shlomo. She described two incidents in which her late son shared with her the defendant's threats against him. The first occurred late at night, when she came to pick him up from the police, and witnessed that he had received a WhatsApp message on his phone (in her cross-examination, she clarified that she had not seen the message and had not read its content herself). When she asked Ben who had sent him a message, he replied, according to her, that it was Maor, who constantly threatened him to murder him (pp. 532, 30-29, and also in the cross-examination, at pp. 540, para. 13). In the second case, Ben asked to leave his car in her parking lot, and when she asked him what it meant, he replied that Maor kept threatening him to burn his car (p. 533, para. 4).
- The mother of Daniel and Eliran Sarahsher, and the aunt of the defendant and the deceased, Ruthie Dadon, A.T.11 - her statement was submitted to the police, dated 19.04.21 (P/37); the transcript of the interrogation (P/37A); and the CD documenting it (P/37B).
The witness said in her statement that on the morning of the incident she tried to talk to her mother, Aisha. Since she did not answer, she called Mor, her nephew who lives with her grandmother, who said that he had left for work at about 7:30 A.M. When her brother Itzik called and asked why the mother (Aisha) was not available on the phone, she suggested that they go to her together and take her shopping. She left the house around 10:00 A.M., when her sons, Daniel and Eliran, were asleep - Daniel in the room and Eliran on the sofa. When she arrived with her brother near the grandmother's house, she saw a patrol car, and only after she got closer did she realize that there had been an incident between the defendant and the deceased. She called Riki, Ben's mother, and then sons Eliran and Daniel, and ordered them to arrive at the scene.
