From all of the above, the defense is of the opinion that the defendant has not committed any criminal offense and therefore he should be acquitted completely.

  1. 14. Due to changes and fluctuations in the defense and the defendant's versions, the dispute sheet was not consistent and orderly, at least until the stage of the oral defense summaries.

In addition to the fact that the defendant denied and denied the vast majority of the facts of the indictment in his response to the indictment, at the time of the main interrogation of the head of the investigation team, Officer Haim Al-Shami, the defendant admitted that he was a supporter of ISIS, and made a statement whose wording he gave to him - the defendant's attorney, Attorney Feldman, declared that the defense did not dispute the content of Officer Haim's interrogations with the defendant:  "There are no arguments against the confessions, for what?" (Transcript of February 19, 2025, p. 42, s. 13)

During the summaries of the prosecution, and in complete contrast to the defendant's response to the indictment, while expressing his displeasure with the prosecution's in-depth approach to the evidentiary basis, the defendant's attorney, Adv. Feldman, stood up and argued: "My colleague is spreading the scope of the dispute very broadly.  I'll ask for half an hour for our oral summaries."  Subsequently, and in light of the fact that the prosecutor continued to spread the evidence to prove that the defendant's confessions in his various interrogations were given of his own free will, Adv. Feldman once again stood up and said in the plaintiff's words:

"We agree and admit it."

Later on, when the prosecutor insisted on the fact that the defendant's confession was given three times before various interrogators that left a positive and reliable impression, and petitioned to give full weight to their testimony regarding the manner in which the defendant's interrogation was conducted, which show that his confessions were given of his own free will and freedom, the defendant's attorney, Adv. Feldman, reiterated and into her words he said: " There is no dispute that the defendant confessed to his interrogators."  (Transcript of October 27, 2025, pp. 108-109)
