In his testimony, the expert also noted in his testimony the combination of the expression made by the defendant (among himself) and his operative actions in the form of "systematic, sometimes daily" consumption of various Dar'ar content since 2014, alongside an in-depth and regular dialogue with his interlocutors, including supporters and activists of Da'ar, on ideological issues of the organization – as indicating that he is a clear supporter of the organization and membership in the organization (transcript of March 5, 2025, p. 21, paras. 1-10; p. 100, paras. 14-20). With regard to independent bailiff, the expert referred to a similar case of a resident of Rahat (Hamza Abu Zrila) who took an independent oath against whom an indictment was filed for planning and intending to carry out terror attacks (Transcript 5.3.2025, p. 46, paras. 19-21).
Support for the expert's statement in the aforementioned context is found in the testimony of the interrogator Aya, who said that from the experience of ISA officials, the stage of recruitment for membership in the organization is known: "It is known and known from our experience in many interrogations of Islamic State operatives that a significant part of their recruitment process is the very fact of giving the statement... And in fact, in this matter, the activist sees himself as being recruited to the Islamic State after he gives the bid, and this is a very, very significant stage" (Transcript of February 19, 2025, p. 81, paras. 1-6). Aya added that from the moment the statement is made, the declarant turns from "inactive to active" (transcript of February 19, 2025, p. 81, paras. 11-12).
In this context, Aya added in her testimony that during the interrogation of the defendant he told her that "he made a covenant with himself, and from that moment on he saw himself as belonging to the organization" (transcript of February 19, 2025, p. 88, paras. 13-15). and that he admitted to her that "after October 7, 2025, he gave a sale" (Transcript of February 19, 2025, p. 81, paras. 23-24).
