In further interrogations (P/15, P/16, P/17), he detailed to his various ISA interrogators about the various Da'ar'ar videos he had watched, and went on to tell us about his contacts with his friends from abroad (Tamer, Ahmad, Bilal) and the fact that he had watched ISIS videos with them. During these interrogations, the defendant reiterated that he had downloaded many content dealing with instruction in the manufacture of explosives, poisons, and more.
The defendant's confession during his interrogation to the police: The prosecution referred to, inter alia, his confession to the policeman Haim al-Shami (P/6), to whom the defendant stated that he supported a different appeal, and in the process mentioned the name of the leader of the new Dar'ar Shna, "Abu Khafs", to whom he had sworn training in the act of performing a "swearing". that he said the wording of the oath to Officer Haim and added to the policeman: "True, no one asked me to do it, I did," and confirmed that he had downloaded files dealing with bombs and explosives;
referred to his interrogation on 23 July 2024 (P/7), where he explained the meaning of the statement and described how he carried it out, while explaining that the source of his knowledge of the statement was through the ISIS website. (The accuser's summaries, p. 13, paragraphs 11-20). and to the interrogation dated 02 August 2024 (P/8), where he admitted on his own initiative that he had downloaded "one or two books" from the "Ra'ud" website, the contents of which dealt with the preparation of explosives (the accuser's summaries, p. 13, para. 32).
The prosecution sought to give full confidence to the versions of the interrogators whose testimony was found to be unblemished, coherent and reliable, and to give preference to the denials and changing versions of the defendant in court, and to determine that the defendant's confessions were given of his own free will.
She then referred to evidence and forensic findings found in the defendant's personal devices, including two mobile phones, a personal computer, an external drive and a tablet, and which were submitted with consent.
