The plaintiff took another loan from a banking institution.  "Gio - I did it!", she proudly announced to the company's representative after asking for his permission to call him that.  "Get ready, get ready, go!" she wrote, but explained that she would soon need this money to repay the loan (Appendix VIII).  This strange "tango" continues.  IN JUNE 2017, GIOVANNI INFORMED THE PLAINTIFF: "GAME CHANGER" AND OFFERED HER A $50,000 BONUS FROM THE COMPANY AND AN UPGRADE TO THE "PLATINUM DEPARTMENT" IN EXCHANGE FOR AN ADDITIONAL INVESTMENT.  "No one is pushing you for this," the fine print read, "It's just an offer simply because I was looking for an opportunity for a 'game changer.'"  The plaintiff responded: "Great opportunity! But with the 7,000 euros I gave you this week, I have reached the limit of my ability" (Appendix 10).

  1. The correspondence continued. The plaintiff was alarmed when she discovered that the losses were deepening.  "Please help me!" she wrote to the company representative, and he reassured her that the market would correct itself and that she had nothing to worry about.  At the same time, the plaintiff continued to consult with this representative, expressing her opinion on market positions and foreign currency rates.  "You are amazing in the way you learn the methods of trading," the representative wrote to her, "I am very proud of you.  By the way, the company is adding you a bonus of 25,000 [dollars] against those 6,000 additional [that we ask you to invest]"; 6,000 will help a lot at the moment."  "If I provide the money," the plaintiff asked, "can I withdraw from my account later this month?" and the answer was: "I love you for your questions, we'll prepare for that, no problem."  He asked again, "When are you making the deposit?" (Appendix 13).

On July 4, 2017, the plaintiff wrote: "I have lost faith and confidence.  I lost over 35,000 [dollars], I need the money, there's no way out, I'm in big trouble.  This has a significant impact on my personal life.  My children are the most important thing to me.  Please allow me to withdraw 21,000.  I don't blame anyone, I just want to go out and get my life back.  Please close my account immediately.  I need the money back right away!!! As soon as possible! Please, do me a favor."  Giovanni wrote that he was sorry to hear about this, but explained that since the account was in the midst of a trading "strategy", it was necessary to meet the conditions under which the plaintiff received bonuses from the company.  "You will have to reach a trading volume that will allow you to withdraw the money.  This will require one more round of investment."  The plaintiff was referred to the "manager of the commercial floor", a man named "Tony", who would "take good care of you" (Appendix 14).
