In addition, the objector testified that the deceased went with the plaintiff to the supermarket and "would buy separately and he would come to take her" (p.  52, 21-24 of the minutes of the hearing of June 9, 2022), a matter that attests to the deceased's independence that apart from her transportation for the purpose of shopping, she made the purchases themselves.

The objector also testified that the deceased used to withdraw the rent she received and kept the money in the house (pp.  48, 4-5 of the minutes of the hearing dated 09.06.2022), testimony that contradicts the control of the plaintiff or anyone else over the deceased's financial resources.  The objector also testified that the deceased used to tell her about things she had done with the plaintiff (ibid., Q.  11-18) that the deceased told her that the plaintiff had a power of attorney in the deceased's account (p.  56, paras.  12-14 of the minutes of the hearing of 09.06.2022) that the plaintiff had taken the deceased's jewelry to him, which she told the objector to contact the plaintiff who would give her some of the jewelry (p.  57, paras.  23-29 of the minutes of the hearing of 09.06.2022).  The multitude of aforementioned testimonies show that the deceased was aware of the rule that took place, was not afraid to tell about the plaintiff's connections and actions, and contradict the testimony of the objector according to which the deceased was afraid of the plaintiff that "she would not have uttered a word, she would not have uttered a word, in a way that she would normally have told me all the things...  She was afraid that he wouldn't come to help her.  And after he goes to the bank, he will take money from her." (ibid., p.  58, paras.  25-32).  The objector herself further testified that she allegedly calmed the deceased and told her that the plaintiff was loyal and helpful to her (ibid., pp.  58, paras.  1-2).

The objector also testified that until the separation between the deceased and the deceased's son, his father (the deceased son) supported the deceased and helped her (pp.  32, 30-32 of the minutes of the hearing of 09.06.2022).
