Saul testified in this regard: "Q.  It is true that you signed the agreements, they presented them to you...  An existing business license for a business? A.  Yes" [p.  509 of the transcript, lines 2-3]; "...  Yakubov and Landau transferred the business license to Assaf Attias...  And through him I saw it, and I saw it in business as well...  But the first time I saw it at Assaf Attias...  Q.  Did you see the business license two weeks before the signing? A.  Yes" [p.  410 of the transcript, lines 6-14].

Atias testified in his interrogation: "On the subject of the license, he was asked whether there is a business license, and defendant 1's answer is that they have a business license" [p.  784 of the transcript, lines 32-33].

Adv. Amjad testified in his interrogation: "There was a valid business license" [p.  761 of the transcript, line 26].

There were no "warning lights" that were supposed to bring the realtor Atias and Adv. Amjad to investigate in depth the matter of the services and the warehouse on the first floor of the building, from the perspective of granting a license to operate a café, as presented by the representatives of the partnership, prior to the conclusion of the transaction, a license to operate a café was given by the municipality to the partnership, and which was valid for a period of about a year and a half after the date set for the signing of the concession agreement [see Exhibit N/2].

Moreover, the café on the ground floor had toilets, and the toilet on the first floor was a second toilet, which the café used.  As for the storeroom, there was also a warehouse on the ground floor in addition to the warehouse on the first floor.  It should also be recalled that the partnership rented the ground floor, and Sol was on the ground floor with permission on behalf of the partnership - the tenant.

In the matter of Adv. Amjad, we brought the words, that even if we had determined that he would represent Sol in the transaction, the result is that he should not be held liable for the misleading representation of Yakubov and Landau.
