Later in his interrogation, he testified that he did not remember saying that he had "forbidden things" in the car :
"Q. The aforesaid, and in particular the defendant's affirmative answer that he came with his car and they loaded it, constitute a clear admission of his presence, that he received the stolen weapons into his car, and constitute evidence of his knowledge of what was transferred to his car.
Moreover, towards the end of the interrogation P/172 (which lasts about four hours - 3:59:21), the defendant says the following:
"...I know what everyone did right..." (P/172B, p. 123, s. 21).
