"I told you for the fear of the horror that you know fire, not fire, beatings and that...Someone falls, something flies away" (P/172B, paras.  26-29).

The defendant shares with the investigator that he himself is afraid that something will happen, a fire, or some other event.  It is clear that the fear expressed by the defendant is about something that could and will happen to weapons, in continuation of the investigator's words.

This statement clearly indicates that this is someone who possesses weapons, knows where they are, and is afraid that something will happen to the weapons.

The Defendant's Lack of Logic That His Statements That He Knows the Details Are False Representation

  1. The defendant claims that he knew nothing about Hamel"8 And he only created a false representation in relation to this.

This argument is problematic, because if this is the case, why does he want to resume negotiations for the return of the weapons, and how can he return it if he knows nothing about it?

I do not find credence in the testimony of the accused, which is full of contradictions and lacks internal logic.  The defendant is asked and answers many times in a manner that does not explain his actual knowledge and why he answered what he answered during the interrogations.

At first, the defendant was asked why at a certain point he was willing to make a "deal" and was asked how he had information about the theft, and he replied that "all the soldiers" knew about this incident, as stated:

"Q.      At what point were you willing to give written testimony??

  1. Closing a deal.
  2. When you say a deal, what do you mean?
  3. In the Deal, About the case. A Deal Regarding the Son, As I was told., How we started in Mo"From.
  4. Did you know or you know today, Where is Hamel Really"Stolen from the military base?
  5. Anonymous. Unequivocally.
  6. You had some part in hiding your hope"VIII?
  7. Anonymous.
  8. Tell me what you knew about the investigation into the theft of hope."8 It doesn't matter at what stage, Let's start with the stage before you stop, what did you know?
  9. I knew about, Don't Catch Me, That there is an investigation, That Amal was stolen"8 From the Yemen Field Base.
  10. How did you know??
  11. Through Adi my son.
  12. How did Adi know??
  13. The whole premise, All the soldiers talk about it. It is said that there is a theft of Amal"8 of missiles, Pomegranates, I don't know what, That there is theft.  that soldiers talk among themselves, On phones in Woztafim..  That Amal stole"H from the base".
