"Q:      How long was the whole thing of loading from the bunker into the car?

...

Q:        Unloading from your military vehicle into the other vehicles?

A:        Agile, Something as agile as five minutes.

Q:        How many people did it and where did they transfer Hamel"VIII?

A:        4 or 5 Something like that, who were outside and there was another one who was in the car...".

(p.  5, s.  127-128, s.  134-137).

Shadi reiterated that he felt threatened by the phone call that Adi had made to him:

"Q:      In the phone call that Adi gave you.  Who Spoke to You?

A:        I don't know.  It's someone who has a thick voice like that..

Q:        What exactly did he tell you??

A:        What he told me I wouldn't open my mouth, That I won't speak.  I was told something that because I caught Adi, He told me he would lose me and my family and he said he 15 Minutes from my family".

(p.  9, s.  290-294).

Shadi's version of his involvement and part of it is clear.  I do not find room for Pelginen to make a statement in relation to him, since I do not find the relevance of the alleged variances in relation to the defendant's case.  Whether Shadi was threatened or not, this is meaningless, as far as the indictment is against the defendant in this proceeding.

The main point in Shadi's testimony is to describe the actual process of carrying out the burglary and theft, and the dates.

I.A.  Shadi's

  1. As it emerges from Medo"8 Documentation/17, On Date 8.5.2016 A number of fingerprints were taken from the scene of the incident, which were later sent for examination (A/20), and in the framework of a document "Identification T.A." (A/21) It appears that the fingerprint was found to match the.A.  of Officer Shadi Bashir.  The fingerprints were taken from a number of support rods that were found inside a wooden ammunition box as well as the inside of a sliding door at the entrance (A/17).  In his interrogations, Shadi stated that he did not receive or return ammunition and was not inside the bunker (A/176 pp' 5 Shaw' 119-123) Therefore, there is no other reason for the invention of T.A.  These are in the arena.

These findings lead to the clear conclusion that Shadi was part of the theft of the weapons, as he himself testified later in his confessions.
