- The Defendant's Phone Locations, and road data 6, Bring to the conclusion that the defendant and his vehicle were at the alleged date, 29.4.16 Beit Kama.
These figures, some of which the defendant admits at a certain stage, after changing his version, support and strengthen the defendant's involvement.
Locations
- Criminal Appeal דו"H Data about the defendant's cell phone number 054-6923459, On Date 29.4.2016 At 1 o' 13:14 The defendant had an incoming call and the location of the device indicated that the defendant was in the"Beit Kama_1".
At 1:28 P.M., the defendant tried to dial the number, and the location of the device indicates that the defendant was staying at Beit Kama.
Later, from 13:28 to 15:15, the defendant's cell phone was located in a number of places, on a north-facing route: Horvat Pura - Kfar Menachem - Kibbutz Na'an - Kfar Qara - Afula North - Ein Harod - Na'ura alternate.
The locations are also consistent with the testimony of the defendant himself, who, after many changes in his version, finally admitted that on April 29, 2017, he may have been in the vicinity of Beit Kama:
"Q. per day 29.4.16 Have you been to this compound the gas station in Beit Kama have you been there?
- I don't remember being in the Beit Kama compound that day 29.4.16.
- You were in the south at all?
- I may have been in the south".

In another testimony dated May 15, 2017, the defendant was explicitly asked by the court whether it was possible that he had passed through Beit Kama on April 29, 2017, and he answered:
"To the question of whether I passed on the road near Beit Kama or not, I answer that I passed on it.
To the question, you were on the main road next to Beit Kama on June 29. I reply that it could be, but I wasn't inside Beit Kama, I wasn't at the Beit Kama gas station."
