Later on, Domer also referred to the rock's cracking data, according to which although signs of cracking were visible, it was not possible to determine findings in this regard:
"Imaging logs do show both drilling induced and probable natural fractures, and some textured limestone with holes and horizontal cracks are seen. At present it is not possible to determine the complete fracture system, but particular attention should be paid to the middle interval as there is more evidence of fractures than the upper zone, though evidence of fractures in both"
- Following the meeting of the Operations Committee, a telephone meeting of the company's board of directors was held, in which Levy and Ashkenazi were present, inter alia, and at the beginning of which Domer was also present (Appendix 4 to the plaintiff's affidavit; N/1). Already at the beginning of the meeting, Levy referred to the pore figure (emphases in quotes added, M.R.):
"We convened today following the last board meeting in which we described the continuation of drilling and the request of the board members to convene in order to make a decision regarding the execution of production tests. The partners in the license received the results of the logs. In recent days we have carried out electrical tests, some of which did not turn out well as a result of pressures and high temperatures, and we did not receive accurate information at a depth of less than 5,500 meters. Up until that point, you could see that most of the interval from a depth of 5175 meters to the stage where we finished drilling at a depth of 5700 meters carried hydrocarbons and did not see contact between water and oil. The consultants calculated the layers that have good porosity. This is a limestone rock in which the pores are low. In "Yam 2", the production test showed that this layer had good porosity, but the test was performed on only 6 meters. According to the information received, it seems that the porosity of the layer is low but extends over many meters. The net of the layer that can give output is about 68 meters. 68 net meters in which there is potential for the production of light oil. The consultants are of the opinion that there is a light oil reservoir like "Yam 2" of good quality." (Page 1)
