Investigator No. 2, Avi Svidler: Ostrich, did you do a favor to a friend, you got screwed, did you eat a bag of chava?
Interrogated by Munir Al-Asswi: Welcome. (P. 29 July 2019, p. 30, paras. 11-24).
Investigator Avi Svidler, who understands the intention of Defendant 2 very well, sharpens and asks him: Do you feel that you are just being for something that you just screwed up, that you were just screwed, come and tell me. And a short time later, Defendant 2 replies again with clear words : "God will pay them, don't worry." (ibid., paras. 32-38), and he goes on to explain , "I am perhaps the victim in this story" (ibid., pp. 31, s. 33).
Defendant 2 tries to explain to the interrogator the situation he finds himself in in the story: "I explain to you like I will tell you, come with me, you don't know what I have in the car, suddenly the police catch you, there are 100 grams in the car " (ibid., pp. 33, 32-35), and when the interrogator Zeitun tells him that if he has a version that he is not related to, he should shout it out and tell him exactly what happened, Defendant 2 replies, "Fuck me just (ibid., pp. 34, 34; P/12A Numerator 1:37:35)". Defendant 2 goes on to claim that "I am just innocent here" and adds, "For friends, you have to suffer" (ibid., p. 35).
Later in the interrogation of defendant 2, the interrogator tells him what you are calculating for him, and the defendant replies that he will be killed and cries (ibid., p. 41, s. 9).
In the course of his aforementioned statements, Defendant 2 explains to the interrogator the illogic of carrying out all the actions detailed in relation to him in the indictment, with his phone, with his car, with the Ituran in the car and in his flip-flops, and the answer of Investigator Zeitun is that it really sounds strange to him:
