Muhammad also told the informant about crossing the checkpoint on 14 June 2019 and the fact that he was alone when he entered Israel from the Occupied Territories in Mazda. Mohammed also spoke about the fact that he is expected to sit in prison, "Twenty years, fifteen." (P/20A, p. 7, paras. 13-34).
The fact that during his conversations with the informant, Muhammad estimated the sentence that might be imposed on him is of course significant (see also P/20A, p. 12, paras. 20-25), but it is even more important that throughout all the conversations with the informant, Muhammad does not even once assess the possibility of acquittal and release. The fact that Muhammad does not assume for a moment that he will not be convicted and imprisoned for many years for the act also contains his own assessment that the evidence in her possession is evidence of weight that will lead to his conviction.
The possibility of the existence of an informant - During the conversation with the informant, Muhammad also referred to the possibility of the existence of an informant, noting, among other things, regarding another person, "He calls me Muhammad... He is dubbed, I said to him, I know why? Because he came in... Anyone who comes in and says what maniacs are then dubbed..." (P/16A, p. 51, paras. 13-22).
In these words, it is clear that Muhammad is aware of the possibility of the existence of an informant as a means of interrogation, and this indicates that he was not deprived of his freedom of will in his words, since he was familiar with the interrogation tools and even claimed to be able to identify him.
Muhammad's sense of closeness and openness towards the informant - It should be emphasized that during the conversation P/17 Muhammad explicitly tells the informant, among other things, "I don't like to talk... But with you I feel comfortable with you, I swear by God" (P/17A, p. 49, paras. 15-16), and these words will also emphasize Muhammad's closeness to the informant, and the fact that he has not been deprived of the freedom to say what is on his heart.
