Information about the drug story - Later in her arguments, the accuser claimed that Muhammad testified in the case in which an indictment was filed against him (P/162, p. 570), where he claimed that a few days before the murder, another man told him to bring his car from the Occupied Territories in order to steal 50 kilograms of cannabis belonging to his family member and then sell the drug. According to the accuser, later in testimony in the same case, Muhammad testified that he did not remember what quantity was discussed, whether it was 40, 50 or 30 provident funds (par. of February 14, 2022, p. 241). It was also claimed that at a certain point Muhammad claimed that another person named Sa'id did not want other people to come with them, and that he only wanted him and Defendant 1 (Ibrahim), but he knew that Defendants 2 and 3 were coming to the deal and selling (P/162A, p. 663). According to the accuser, Muhammad later claimed in his testimony in his file that the same Sa'id did not know Ibrahim as well (ibid., p. 265), and at one point claimed that no one but him knew about the drug deal, and immediately corrected and said that all the defendants knew that they were going to bring drugs, but no one knew about that Sa'id. As for Defendant 2, Muhammad claimed that he did not know who the Mazda was, but only that the drugs had to be stolen and that after Muhammad brought the drugs they had to sell them (p. 260), and in his cross-examination he suddenly claimed that he and Marwan would buy drugs from the same Sa'id (p. 259). According to the accuser, defendant 1, for his part, claimed in his reply with regard to the drugs that he had no connection to the drugs (p. 41), and in his testimony he changed his version and claimed that he knew about the drug deal (P. of December 26, 2022, p. 279), but he did not know how many drugs were involved (p. 314) nor did he know who was supposed to sell the drugs, but in any case it was not him (p. 333).
With regard to Defendant 2, it was claimed that Defendant 2 throughout the course of events claimed that he and Defendant 3 knew only about the intention of the drug deal, and not about any other intention (Reply to Section 4), and in his testimony he claimed that Muhammad told him that there were "hydro" bags in Beersheba that Muhammad would bring and Defendant 2 would disperse, and it was agreed that Muhammad would bring him to the place where he had told him to wait, and that he would take it to Lod. (P. of December 26, 2022, p. 350), after which defendant 2 updated his version and claimed that the plan was that he and defendant 3 would drive the drugs to Lod (P. of December 26, 2022, p. 362). It was claimed that with regard to the quantity of drugs, defendant 2 later reported that it was "40 to 50 bags" (p. 356) and then between 30 and 40 bags (p. 289), and later changed his version to 40 or 50 provident fund (p. 295).
