Summary regarding the evidence that Muhammad murdered the deceased

As was presented at length in the previous chapters discussing Muhammad's remarks in the dubbing conversations, it has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that Muhammad confesses openly to the informant that he murdered the deceased, and he presents the informant with a real motive for committing the murder, great anger at the deceased for hurting him, and a premature desire to cause his death, as a reward for "taking his soul", and it has certainly been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that the decision to cause the death of the deceased was certainly proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

From the evidence presented, the foreign statements given by Muhammad should be preferred, both because of the signs of truth that emerged from the long conversations with the informant, because of the reliable testimony of the informant in court, and because of all the corroborating evidence presented below.

Moreover, from the general conduct of the conversation between Muhammad and the informant, it emerges that the words that Muhammad gave to the informant were willingly conveyed and described a real situation, and they were not said out of a desire to impress the informant or out of any other desire.  Moreover, in addition to the evidence relating to the stage of the murder detailed above, there is ample supporting and helpful evidence in Muhammad's case, as described, including evidence relating to bringing the vehicle in which the murder was committed from the Occupied Territories, to follow the deceased by means of the same vehicle for quite some time within the boundaries of the settlement of Hura, to burn the vehicle in which the murder was committed in the area of Lakiya, to organize an alternative vehicle to flee the scene.  To obtain an "operational" phone and leave his "regular" phone in Lod, to try to create an alibi when arriving at the gas station in Lod, and to escape later to Jericho.

This is evidence that certainly meets a threshold that is beyond any reasonable doubt regarding the fact that Muhammad murdered the deceased.
