Counsel for defendants 2 and 3 added their own arguments regarding the second informant and noted that in his interrogation, the second informant was confronted with what he had said before the panel that heard the indictment filed against Muhammad, regarding the briefing that was briefed by interrogator Eyal Saban before he entered the informant's cell.

According to the claim, the answers of the second informant, who is in fact a police officer, were deceptive and in fact he gave different answers than those he gave in front of the parallel panel in the other case.

Hearing - In the words of the second informant before the court, the informant insisted that the briefing held for him was conducted only by the person who was supposed to brief him, Mr. Aryeh Bruce, and he confirmed that he spoke with the interrogator Eyal Saban, "on the subject that I need some trigger" (with Mohammed), but emphasized that in this interrogation he was not briefed by Eyal Saban, "So I did get to talk to Eyal Saban, the interrogator,  But he didn't brief me on what to say, what was the subject of the interrogation, what was the subject of the dubbing, the briefing itself before entering the cell was just a lion." (p. 325, s. 29 to p. 326, s. 2).

The second informant explained that he did not make a memorandum that documented the conversation with the interrogator Saban, because there was no briefing.

The informant's answers were not hidden, and his words in his interrogation sounded like things that were trying to present a true representation.

In their summary, counsel for defendants 2-3 argued that during the interrogation of the second informant in court, he confirmed that he had seen a picture of Muhammad and two other suspects in the car, when the informant was ostensibly forbidden to be exposed to details of the investigation, and according to the claim, there was an impropriety in the interrogator Saban's arrival at the detention cell with a picture of defendant 2, since the informant received confidential information that was strictly forbidden to disclose to him.
