Aharon Calderon is the non-bank financier of the letters of credit in the transactions described in Charges 1 and 2, and due to his involvement, he was interrogated by the police and customs with a warning, as a suspect.

During the interrogations, it was made clear to him that in order to extricate himself from the entanglement, he must incriminate Defendant 1.  He also accumulated anger and resentment towards the defendant, after in some of the transactions, the customers did not pay their debt to Calderón and he lost a lot of money.

As for Elhanan Tenenbaum, who was the manager and operator of Schloss, it was claimed that "the title of a repeat offender is a real compliment for him."  In the past, he has countless fraud, theft, fraud, tax offenses, and complicity in an import transaction of commercial quantities of dangerous drugs.  Not only that: in 1992, he was declared bankrupt, due to quite a few business failures, and also accumulated high debts due to gambling and check discounts.  As if it was not enough that he suffered from a basic lack of credibility, Tenenbaum also contradicted in his testimony the version of the prosecution witness, Ramonda Fischer, who had no interest in the proceeding.  Tenenbaum's main motive for harming defendant 1 was his anger at the defendant and his desire to evade paying the debts he owed him.  In the course of his work, Tenenbaum stole money and committed forgery and fraud, and against this background he was fired from his job and required to return the money he stole.

It was also claimed that by virtue of an agreement signed with the state after his return from Lebanon, he undertook to cooperate with the law enforcement authorities fully and indefinitely, and when he realized that the investigative and prosecution authorities were interested in incriminating Uri Resch, he acted decisively and decisively to satisfy their wishes.

In summary, the defense argues that Elhanan Tenenbaum's credibility is negligible and that the weight that should be attributed to his statements, if any, is negligible.
