In this regard, a company called Alltrade is relevant.  Alltrade was a company that worked to locate computer equipment that was not new in Israel for use and sale for continued use (Vered, p. 6384, paras. 14-17).  Vered testified that Shahar Movi introduced Alta to Alltrade (ibid.).  Ultrade had old servers that it purchased from Intel after the servers operated at Intel in clean rooms, we were in a sterile work environment (Vered, 16-19 ibid.).

Subsequently, a meeting was held at the Ultratrade offices for the purpose of presenting and demonstrating the servers.  The meeting was attended by UltraTrade's CEO, Shahar Movi, and on the ELTA side, as well as Vered and Rosenthal, the project's personnel, as well as Knitürk from ELTA (Knitürk, p. 413, s. 5-16; p. 414, s. 26-28; p. 419, s. 31-32; p. 420, s. 9-11; p. 344, s. 6; Shahar, p. 3104, s. 21-24; Vered, p. 6384, s. 2 - p. 6385, s. 8, where he testified that it is possible that Kniturk also participated in the meeting even though he did not remember; Rosenthal,  P. 6682, S. 22-29, P. 6683, S. 20-21, Rosenthal testified that he did not recall that a representative from Elta Procurement participated in the meeting, P. 6686, S. 13-14; See also the real-time recording in P/50 and N/14 regarding the presence of the procurement representative, which is consistent with the testimonies of Canytork and Shahar).  During the meeting, Ultrade people presented the servers in their possession to the ELTA staff (Vered, 6385, paras. 11-14, where he testified that Oltrade people presented the lab where they refurbished equipment and replaced some of the old components with new ones; Rosenthal, p. 6683, paras. 25-30, where he testified that at his request, some of the packages were opened in order to get an impression of the shortage of servers; Knitwerk, p. 413, paras. 5-16, p. 414, paras. 26-28,  p. 420, paras. 1-11, where he testified that they went to see the quality of the servers, because they were shown the servers, spare parts in case something broke down, etc.).
