- I order the amendment of the late will by way of deletion of the provision The Canceler: "This will of mine is the last and it annuls any previous will that was made."
- An order was issued for the probate of the late will, subject to the aforementioned amendment.
III. An order was issued for the probate of the prior will.
- The defendant must submit a draft of orders prepared in accordance with Form 5 of the Inheritance Regulations, 5758-1998.
- I order the plaintiffs to pay the defendant legal expenses in the amount of ILS 60,000. The sum will be paid within 30 days, otherwise it will bear interest and linkage differentials as required by law from the date of charge until the date of actual payment.
