Conversation No. 3328 of May 13, 2018 - A conversation between the defendants, in which there was talk of renting a unit for ₪80 a night in the winter, plus NIS 150 cleaning fees. The defendant testified that they reported this, and in fact reported everything, except the association (p. 545).

Conversation No. 3572 of May 28, 2018 - A conversation between the defendants, in which it was a matter of renting a unit for three months for NIS 4,500 and there was also a rental for NIS 6,000. To the question to whom they rented at these prices, the defendant replied that she does not remember (transcript of September 20, 2023, p. 617).

Conversation No. 360 of October 3, 2018 - A conversation between the defendants, which indicates that the villa is fully occupied by mid-or late November, and the defendant tells the defendant that he needs to buy another villa. According to the defendant, the expenses exceeded the income from the villa. At that time, she was earning well from her job, and therefore the couple allowed themselves to be at a loss on the villa (p. 546).

Conversation No. 146 of September 27, 2018 - A conversation between the defendant and the man, in which reference was made to the diary kept by the defendant. To the claim that according to this conversation the defendant managed the affairs in the villa (what was available and what was not), the defendant confirmed that this was "more or less" true. She claimed that she kept the available units for the children (p. 546).

Conversation No. 343 of October 3, 2018 - A conversation between the defendant and the woman, in which the defendant says that only in the middle of November will she be able to bring in another couple, and that she will check in the diary. The defendant confirmed in her testimony that she was contacted by people and that she checked in the diary what was available (p. 546). When asked whether the price range, as indicated by the conversations, was $80-130 per night, she replied that the range was $50-130 per night (p. 547).
