Call No. 4716 of September 13, 2018 - A conversation between the defendants regarding potential tenants who come to Israel for medical treatment and recovery and are interested in renting a unit for six months. The two discuss the question of whether to rent them for NIS 4,500 and note that the minimum per night is ₪80. The defendant responded in her testimony that these were people who did not end up at the motel (p. 548). When asked whether they also paid rent to sick children, she replied that there was a difference if they were very wealthy people, and later claimed that they charged only ₪20 a night (p. 548).

Conversation No. 6646 of October 24, 2018 - A conversation between the two defendants, in which the sum of $120 per night plus a cleaning fee of NIS 150 was discussed. Trade restrictions $840. The defendant responded in her testimony that this was a family that was staying with them and that there was a report on the matter (p. 549).

Call No. 7230 of October 31, 2018 - Conversation between the defendants, the sum of $80 plus NIS 150 was discussed. The defendant tells the defendant that he needs to collect the money. The defendant testified that the defendant did indeed come to collect the money, but the tenant did not pay and intended to pay the next day, so the defendant was already arrested (p. 551).

Call No. 1682 of November 1, 2018 (the day of the defendant's arrest) - a conversation between the defendant and Alex, in which Alex asks to return the key, and the defendant instructs him where to leave the key and asks him if anyone came to him that morning: "If someone meets you there, you didn't pay anything, nothing. Well, as if you didn't pay anything, not that, but my friends, they let me sleep, okay?" . Later in the (short) conversation, she added: "If someone suddenly asks you something, you... You're your guest, you were with us, you didn't pay anything. Problems started with us." The defense raised arguments regarding the accuracy of the transcription of the conversation that took place in Russian, but it was ultimately agreed that the transcript was accurate. At the same time, the defendant insisted that it was a friend who was sleeping in a motel after a wedding (p. 556).
