It should be noted, because examiner Maayan Sabari testified over two sessions.
In his main interrogation, he testified that he had been examining since 2021.
According to him, , received the incident at about 21:35 and arrived at the scene at 10:30 p.m.
Examiner Sabari was asked to describe what he saw at the scene and the findings he saw in terms of location.
Testify:
"I arrived at the scene and there was still activity of the deceased from the vehicle, there were still MDA and fire trucks at the scene, I saw the two vehicles in their places as marked in the sketch.  I documented the scene with a camera, took measurements and at this stage I did not determine.
Afterwards, the firefighters were asked to wash the road, when they washed the road they noticed marks of cracks in the asphalt in the lane of the Kia car, then I set driving directions and basically finished the activity at the scene.
The Day LaterI arrived at the scene in broad daylight, took pictures of the vehicles' driving directions in daylight, documented again the cracks I saw in the Kia lane, and then drove to the parking lot, where the vehicles were lifted.
Under the car I saw marks on the underbelly that correspond to the marks of the grooves that were at the scene of the incident, and the damage was adjusted while we were attaching the two vehicles." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, p.  50, paras.  9-19).

Examiner Sabari was asked about the location of the grooves in the sketch he made and testified:
"A.  In the lane of vehicle B.
Q.  Tell the court what is the ratio in the measurements between the grooves and the separation line in the middle of the road separating the lanes?
A.  From right to left, basically from the curb line to the center of the road, that's what is indicated in the sketch, it's 1.7 m minus 0.6 m of the curb, with the first groove being half a meter from the curb.  Turns to A/35, the second page with the picture and the tape measure.  Half a meter.
Q.  I show you two pictures P/33A, P/33B, explain what they are?
A.  Figure 33A, refers to the diagonal grooves that can be seen in the underbelly of the Kia.  At the request of the court, I mark the grooves on the photograph of P/33A and the asphalt on the underbelly and seal.
Q.  Regarding Picture 33B, will you explain this picture of damage adjustment?
A.  We attached the two vehicles in such a way that the line of the Kia's side mirror would be opposite the place where the mirror itself was located inside vehicle A (the defendant's).  In addition, it can be seen that the bends of the tin are identical in proportion and overlap with each other, which means that this is the moment of impact of the collision." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, p.  51, paras.  9-27).
