The examiner was asked to explain when and why he made the calculation of the slots of the document marked P/35, and testified:
"On January 6,2025, I was asked to make up for the case and on January 7,2025, I returned to the parking lot, picked up the vehicle again, measured the distance from the right side to the beginning of the grooves, and also took further measurements in the area itself.  I measured the distance from the first groove to the left of the curb line to the curb line.  Afterwards, I made the calculation of where the vehicle involved was at the time of the accident in relation to the driving lane." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, pp.  52-53, paras.  31-33,1-2).

The examiner was referred to the videos that the defendant gave to the examiner Vladislav and they were shown to him during the interrogation and he was asked what he concluded from these videos and testified:
"I wrote in memorandum P/39 what I see and I wrote in the memorandum that we did the experiment at night at the time of the accident and he did the experiment in daylight." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, p.  53, paras.  12-13).
In his cross-examination, he testified that the supplementary document carried out by Examiner Vladi was carried out because he was in the course and while the case was in the State Attorney's Office.  He didn't see Vladi's memo.

The examiner confirmed, because the vehicle involved is still with the police.

The examiner was asked why they did not seize the computer of the vehicle involved and that there is a memorandum in this regard only regarding the defendant's vehicle with an intrusion warrant and he testified in this regard:
"A.  I'm not a CDR expert, there are people in the examiners who are certified to CDR, they tell us which vehicles support this computer program and accordingly we issue orders for the relevant vehicles.
I don't remember at that timeBut you can check, and chances are that this is what happened, because this is the work procedure, that if it doesn't support, then we don't disassemble the airbag computer in advance, there's a tester in a certain app to see if the car supports the software.  I can also check now if the vehicle involved supports CDR.
Q.  Do you mean if you have software that can read the CDR or does the car have a CDR at all? A CDR is the car's computer that has an EDR component inside that is penetrated, it is the one from which the information is extracted.  Is it software that you have or is it a question of whether this car even has a computer?
A.  From what I know about CDR, there are vehicles that support decoding and there are vehicles that have this computer but are not supported.  From a look at the application, I don't find that it supports Kia." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, pp.  53-54, paras.  32-33,1-9).
