A. At the moment of separation, the vehicles collapse down, the Mazda collapses the mixed vehicle, they rise up and do a rotation when the Mazda is still heavier than the mixed.
The wheel of the Mazda car lost airBut because of the movement that the vehicles do, the rotational motion, when they also lift, then the left wheel didn't leave a groove because of the lift
Even if I go to the B method"If the defendant is in the defendant's lane and the defendant's vehicle overtakes the Kia, and then the wheel of the defendant's car explodes and the defendant's vehicle makes a turn while it is in the air, then in this case there will be no groove as well." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, pp. 63-65, paras. 29-33,1-33,1-14).
The witness was referred to the expert's opinion Stark in the matter of the front left wheel of the defendant's car and testified that it was not a collapse of the tire, but a complete loss of air.
The examiner reiterated that the wheel of the defendant's car would not leave a mark since the vehicle was In the air when turning, as he testified:
"A. I am looking at the pictures of the tire tester, the part that is determined here that there is damage to the tire is in the inner part. Even when the car arrives and collapses down, it can be seen that it has lost air, as my colleague said the accordion because of the collision with the mixed vehicle and the partition of the tire and the tire, it does not require that this thing of losing air and the collapse of the tire will create a groove, and on the contrary, if the defendant's car had overtaken the mixed vehicle then we would not only have seen tire marks, but also a groove in the trash of the vehicle involved according to you. I say that as soon as they collide, they rise up and separate while spinning in the air." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, p. 66, paras. 15-20).
The examiner was asked where he described in the examiner's report the elevation of the vehicles in the air and whether today he assumes that this is how things happened, he testified that he did not write it down. According to him:
"A. It is true that it does not appear in the report examining the whole matter of elevation because I referred as an examiner to the place of the accident, the place of the collision, what caused the grooves and where each vehicle ended its final position." (See his testimony of January 15,2025, p. 66, paras. 32-33).
