"Q. There's the green CDR device from Bosch and now you said that there's also a red device that belongs to Kia cars and there's a blue GDS device that belongs to Hyundai. Confirm?
A. Yes
Q. Are you certified to use data diagnostics and decomposition from a GDS device?
A. The certification is in accordance with the actions I have taken. When I was in Germany in 2016 I was certified as an expert, part of the course is how to connect and how to use a GDS device in Kia and Hyundai. It appears in my course and it does not appear in the material of the Claims/Israel Police, they never did it. I have a procedure on how to do it, how to download how to connect. What is in the procedure is how to connect, what voltages to check. This is about my certification. It's just Kia and Hyundai that it's GDS. EDR is the device I penetrate, it's the memory unit of the airbag computer and from it I extract data. The data I get is data 010101 what the unit does is it translates what the data means. GDS is the blue device. The next thing we learned in this course was that we received a tip to purchase one unit and summon both programs on the same device.
