The witness was asked if he knew the document GIT, from April 2025 showing all supported Hyundai, Kia and Genesis vehicles and testified:
"As for the court's question, I am familiar with the list called Git, but what the accuser presents to me, I am not familiar with the list. I CHECKED THE CASE OF KIA ON A WEBSITE CALLED CDR CRUSH GROUP.

I show you that there is a link here on the site to GIT Supported Vehicles, we go into the link and see that this is the same list that I presented to you here and I tell you that in this list there is no Kia Picanto at all, because it was not mandatory at the time and I also tell you that the date that appears in this link that you enter into the list is April 17,2025, as in the list I presented you. Do you confirm that this is the list, or is there another list?
A. There is another list.
Q. A MOMENT AGO YOU SAID THAT YOU ARE BASED ON THE LIST ON THE CDR CRUSH GROUP WEBSITE AND YOU SEE THAT IT IS THE SAME LIST AND THERE IS NO OTHER LIST?
A. The vehicles listed on the CDR CRUSH GROUP website are intended for Canada and the United States.
To the court's question: Show me the list on the website that is intended for Europe. SHOW ME THAT THE KIA PICANTO IS LISTED BY CDR CRUSH GROUP.
Q. I'll ask a follow-up question, I'll tell you that on this CDR CRUSH GROUP website there is a link to vehicles supported by Bosch, where all the markets in the world appear and there is no Kia Picanto on this list.
A. I present to the court a list of EDR-supported Kia, Hyundai and Genesis vehicles.

The witness testified in his cross-examination, that the computer airbag of the vehicle involved has been dismantled by the tester
incorrectly and it disrupted the vision.
