The testimony of eyewitness Ayalon Zadok is consistent with the findings found on the road at the scene of the accident and is consistent with the conclusions of the examiner and the examiner's testimony.

Already now he will say, that all the defense's attempts to undermine the examiner's testimony and cast doubt on his professional work, including raising a possible theory of how the accident occurred, were unsuccessful.

The examiner reiterated his assertions and claimed that they were consistent with the findings found at the scene of the accident, with some of the eyewitness testimonies and even the videos submitted to the court.

Forest, that with regard to the testimony of Examiner Maayan Tsabari regarding the direction of the movement of the vehicles in the air after the collision and until their final stop, as we will see at the scene of the accident, the fact that the examiner did not detail in the examiner's report the direction of the movement of the vehicles involved in the air after the collision and how they reached their final position at the scene, things that he testified about and demonstrated in his testimony in court, does not impair his credibility and professional work.
A careful examination of the examiner's report indicates, because the examiner Maayan Tsabari describes the occurrence of the accident and how the vehicles reached their final position, although not in the way he explained it in his testimony, so that the main points of how the accident occurred, the examiner described in writing in the examiner's report and in the sketch he edited.

Regarding the testimony of the defendantThe defendant's testimony left an unreliable impression on me.  The defendant's testimony was partly inconsistent and was contradicted by the findings collected at the scene of the accident, in the testimony of the examiner and in the testimonies of some of the eyewitnesses.

The defense was unable to bring any objective evidence on its behalf to support the defendant's version, that it was the woman involved who swerved from her lane to the defendant's lane and that the accident occurred in the defendant's lane.
